Reverend Andoni B. Ros is an ordained minister of Word International Ministries. He surrendered his life to Christ in 1985 and has been involved in ministry ever since; entering full-time ministry in 1987. Pastor Andoni is a graduate of the Mission House Training Program of Word International Ministries (WIN) and has also taken courses in the Asian School of Christian Minisitries, Asia Pacific Theological Seminary, as well as the Cebu Graduate School of Theology.

Throughout the course of his ministry Pastor Andoni has served in various capacities, he was involved in youth ministry, has served as a Senior Pastor, District Overseer, and served in the Philippine National Board. Prior to his coming to serve in WIN-Calgary in June of 2007, he was the Senior Pastor of Word International Ministries in Cebu City, Philippines; he also was the Assistant to the National Overseer for the Visayas & Mindanao regions as well as being the Chairman of the Board of Word International Ministries in the Philippines. Both Pastor Andoni and his wife Sis. Babette have a passion to know and serve the Lord that dates back to the days when they were involved in youth ministry. Their vision for WIN-Calgary is to see a multi-cultural ministry develop, one that is passionate and extravagant in their worship and devotion towards the Lord Jesus Christ. They have a desire to help men and women respond to the call of God upon their lives, however diverse those calls may be, thus helping people see the purposes of God fulfilled in their lives. They look forward to the day that WIN- Calgary be used by God to become a healing community to the lost and needy of Calgary as well as becoming force for God in the area of missions and church planting.

Pastor Andoni and Sis. Babette have been married since 1991 and are blessed with three sons, Tomas Antonio (Tono), Juan Bruno (Bruno), and Luis Carlos (Cacho).
